At Scuba Murcia we offer a full snorkeling package for you and your family so you can enjoy the marine life of the warm, clear mediteranean sea in a relaxed and safe way. All of our Snorkel excursion are lead by qualified PADI dive and snorkel guides for your safety and enjoyment.

What do we do?
During the Discover Snorkeling experience you will be taken by a professional guide to a sheltered bay where you will learn snorkeling techniques including surface swimming, clearing water from your mask and snorkel and performing effortless surface dives. This will enable you to enjoy the excursion so you can see the beautiful marine life we have in the surrounding waters.
Each excursion includes a safety briefing and a description of the site you will be taken to. We even give you a Fish Identification slate that you can take in the water so you can spot your favorite fish. We take you to locations such as the beautiful beaches and bays in Cabo de palos like Cala Escalera (click here to see a review).

Who can join the fun?
Snorkel trips are suitable for all ages although there are some pre requisites -

Minimum age six (6) years old

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

Must be able to swim independently *buoyancy aids can be available

Must be comfortable and confident in the water

Must be medically fit and healthy

Whats included?
All of our Snorkel trips include rental Masks, Snorkels, fins and a wet suit. We can also provide buoancy aids for those that require them. All of our snorkel guides have surface marker buoys so they can easily been seen.
You also get to take a Fish Identification Slate intot he water so you can learn about the marine life you spot on your trip.

How long does it take?
Snorkel trips usually take about 2 hours from start to finish with about 45 minutes actual in water time. You will be given an orientation and safety briefing before we get to the beach and enter the water.
