PSAI Cavern Diver Course

The PSAI Cavern Diver course lets you explore the cave entrances and dark overhangs but still be within the light zone for an easy exit to Open Water and the surface. In Murcia we have access to a beautiful fresh water spring system that is 28 degrees warm all year round and perfect for the cavern diver course.

 

Whats included -

• 4 x dives

• 1 dive in Open Water and 3 in the cavern zone

• Specialised equipment use, including redundant air and back up equipment.

• Proper trim and anti silting techniques.

• Line use, reel and line placement discipline and team work

• Dive planning including distance and air management specifically for Cavern diving

• Team work and communication techniques

• Emergency procedures, out of gas, lost visibility

• Maximum 60m of penetration, within the light zone

• Maximum 3 students per course

Requirements

- Hold an Advanced Open Water Diver Certification or equivalent

- Be sidemount or backmount twinset certified (Intro to tec minimum)

- Have at least 50 logged dives

- Be at least 18 years old
