Scuba Murcia is a Diving Centre registered in the Murcia Autonomous Region. It’s our responsibility to comply with the law as is outlined by this authority. We state that everything related to our Scuba Diving activities are legal and we are in possession of all the necessary licenses and permits.

 

Every customer signed up to conduct any diving activity with Scuba Murcia must fill all documentation required by the public administration prior to engaging in any activity. These include but are not limited to - Safe Diving Practices document, Medical statement with fit to dive declaration, liability and assumption of risk document. Without these documents diving cannot take place. Since the Outbreak of Covid-19 we also comply with current government and Dive industry laws and standards regarding social distancing, cleaning and disinfection protocols.

It is a legal requirement for all parties to be fully insured for any diving activity taking place. You will be expected to provide a copy of your insurance document, stating the minimum cover required for any Scuba Diving related activity. We can provide you with insurance if you do not have any or if it is deemed unsuitable for the activity taking place.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Any dive or course that required a deposit payment will be subject to the terms outlined below.

Scuba Diving Courses & guided dives: (event)

(a) Should it become necessary for the client to cancel the event, and the date is greater than thirty (30) days, Scuba Murcia will fully refund any deposit to date, minus any material costs.

(b) If the customer makes a cancellation within fifteen (15) days of the event, Scuba Murcia shall be entitled to retain fifty percent (50%) of deposit to date, in addition to any material costs.

(c) If the customer makes a cancellation within seven (7) days of the event, Scuba Murcia shall be entitled to retain any deposit paid.

(d) If the customer makes a cancellation within 24 hours of the event, Scuba Murcia shall be entitled to retain or charge the full amount.

It is possible that an event can be cancelled by Scuba Murcia due to adverse weather conditions and subsequent safety concerns. Should the event be cancelled by Scuba Murcia or partners within four (4) days of the event proceeding, an alternative plan will be made. If this plan is not suitable and agreed by all parties Scuba Murcia will fully refund any deposit, minus any material costs.

It is our goal to offer the highest quality in Scuba Diving services to our clients.  Your assistance is very much appreciated by giving us as much notice as possible for all your diving needs.  We also realise changes and cancellations are unavoidable, we ask that you, the client contact us with as much notice as possible and we will always try to make alternative plans available where possible.
